Secret Santa!

Seriously we are in desperate need for just one more person. We can't do this thing on an odd number of participants. Lest someone draws twice or doesn't get a damn thing. And thats just not right. As such until that person is found: we are in limbo.

HWE is doing its second annual (technically first, because its HWE's first and not KAS, but digressing.) Secret Santa!

The Concept is Simple:

-A pool of artists or authors will be crafted or created.
-From that pool, everyone involved will ask one request for what they will want to see drawn.
-the requests are then randomized and sent to a random artist to draw, and the person too must draw something for a random person involved. So everyone involved gets a request, and draws a request.
-All art must be done and posted by December 25th.

Specific Rules:
- You can not inform the person you are drawing the request for that you are drawing their request. It must be a Surprise. Hence "secret" santa.
- You can not request specific artists to draw your request. Its randomized.
- It must be original content. Meaning your own characters. No Fan Art.
- All correspondence will be done through me, So if for some reason you cannot uphold your request, an issue comes up, or the like, inform me and I will work out a solution.
- It is recommended that artists try and create a 100% completed image. Although, depending on the skill level and certain cicumstances, I will allow images that are not up to that specific artists best, such as a simple lineart if I am made aware of them.
How its going to go down:

-For the Next 11 days: from the 20th to the 31st, this is the Artist pool and Request period. To join, simply comment on this journal that you wish to take part in the Secret Santa. That easy. HOWEVER, there is a specific rule: You must specify if you are comfortable drawing human characters or not as several artists in our community either cannot draw or are uncomfortable drawing, people. Thus this will potentially restrict or limit what you can request or what you can receive as a request.

- From there I can approve you as entering the Secret Santa, through a comment indicating you're in. And you will be listed here as a participant. Likewise, I can deny you entry, but that should be HIGHLY unlikely unless certain conditions like screwing up last Secret Santa, no sign of art in your gallery, etc.

- AFTER THAT. You send your note to me, in private, asking the request of art you want to receive.  Requests should be safe for work, be prepared to potentially amend your request if the artist you receive isn't   Remember this isn't free, and you have to draw something as well!

- I will in turn use a randomizer to randomize all of the people and requests involved and then assign requests to them via that method.
